You will get baked beans with an Arizona-grown cornmeal crust, empanadas with Arizona-grown wheat, rice cooked with vegetable stock, and a little salad – all for $12.
All Proceeds Donated to No More Deaths
And here is the really important part. All proceeds go to help No More Deaths carry out their work in the deserts around Tucson.
Really — ALL of the proceeds from this dinner go to help this cause. Not 10% or 50%. We are passing 100% of our proceeds from that meal on to No More Deaths.
No More Deaths is a great organization that we wish we did not need. However thousands of people die in our deserts while they are looking for a new home or running from a bad one.
Every Third Thursday through May
On the third Thursday of every month through May, Zinman’s Food Shop and Vegan Bistro will dedicate all Hot of the Night sales revenue to this organization. Please join us.
